The Prime Minister has directed to open all schools in accordance with the Public Health Security Rules.

Smaller classes will also open from September 23

Under the decision to open educational institutions in phases, the sixth, seventh and eighth classes will now start on September 23, while the primary classes will also start from September 30.
Corona SOPs are being strictly implemented in educational institutions, signs have been made at the entrances to keep social distance between the students while walk-through disinfection gates have been installed, sprays and sanitizers have also been installed on the occasion. has been.

Schools will be disinfected on a daily basis, with some institutions continuing a series of online classes during the lockdown and taking exams in which successful candidates will continue their education in the new semester.

Punjab’s educational institutions were closed on March 13 after the Corona cases escalated. During this time, the proposal to reopen educational institutions was considered three times but no final decision could be reached.

Corona’s days were counted as summer holidays and holidays were declared till June, while the decision on the escalation of Corona cases was postponed to August 15 and extended to September 15.

Teachers and students will come wearing mask

Phased classes have now started under SOPs, teachers, and students will come wearing masks, the social distance will be maintained in the classrooms and training has also been provided to the teachers in this regard

Students of degree programs in colleges and universities in Punjab will be called in phases and most of the students will take classes online. Special children’s educational institutions will be open from 8 am to 11 am.

In view of the decision of the federal government, educational institutions have also been opened in Balochistan in phases from today.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, educational institutions have been opened under SOPs for students of class IX and above.

Students and staff are not allowed to enter the educational institutions without masks while the temperature of the students and other Corona SOPs are being checked.
